How do you spell Notre Dame? O-V-E-R R-A-T-E-D

LSU 41

Notre Dame 14

I am sick of hearing how good Notre Dame, and I am even more sick of hearing about Brady Quinn.  Yes, this is partially due to the fact that Georgia Tech lost to them in their season opener at home on national TV, but c’mon. They lost by 27 points to a team that is supposedly only 7 rankings better than them. You have to be kidding me.25826_websm.jpg

Now let me get started on Brady Quinn.

First of all, how can you possibly consider someone who looks like this   ———–>                       to be a football player. I mean c’mon, we wouldn’t want him to break a nail or mess up his precious hairdo.  He went 15-36 in the Sugar Bowl with 2 interceptions. What really threw me for a loop was when returning for a commercial break the ballot for the top players in college football appeared on the screen. And lo and behold, my man Brady and his fruity smile were selected as one of the four players on the ballot. I could care less about  how hot every girl in America thinks he is, football isn’t about hotness, its about ability and guts. That’s how it’s always been, and that’s how it will always be.

That was all you girls out there…

Salutations. I don’t feel like copying all my posts from the Costa Rica blog over here, so if you are interested in how our trip went and pictures and stuff, visit costaricabound.wordpress.com.

And here’s a sweet video from YouTube:

Even thought I completely disagree with Green Day’s worldview, I think its really cool how they came together with U2 and wrote performed this song at the Super Dome. This is actually a re-write of a 70’s punk song by the Skids…

Stay in school, and stay cool…
